Important Notice!

In order to allow your registry to the conference, we require three easy steps:

  1. Please select the button to pay your participation fees (you will be required to pay with a credit/debit card, and an equivalent Euros fee in MXN Pesos appears)
    • Rest assured, your security is our top priority. You will be asked to provide an email for your bank payment receipt and the last ten digits of your mobile phone for additional bank security. If you’re more comfortable with English, your browser can easily translate the website from Spanish. Then, click the ‘continue’ button to the next screen. 
    • Select Visa/Mastercard payment, and you will be directed to the next screen, where you must provide your name, card number, and other payment data. When all information is ready, select the button to pay. This will display a new page to confirm the information and pay. If everything is correct, select the button again to continue, and that is all on the website.  
  2. With a successful payment, you may receive a confirmation with a PDF receipt from the University of Guadalajara [email protected] by the email you submitted. We can create an invoice later if you need more information about getting paid by your institution.
  3. Finally, connect to the form to complete your registry and add the PDF payment receipt file when requested to allow you to complete your registry. Add the required information if you need an invoice for your payment. We will confirm by email that your registry is complete and send you an invoice.
